first i want to share our background with you all.

We three belong from hotel industry and love to do some fusion with food. We have done lots of experiment with food. Now this the time to share with you all that experiment result and this the best way to reach.

Khichdi Kitchen is the place where you will get all kind of food recipe, like mixed of cuisine. There is no speciality food and every food is important to us. You will get update of Bengali cuisine to bermise cuisine, Kashmir to Canadian cuisine. and also you will get the ideas of easy way to cook.

Rajat Sanyal

Sanyal is the Administrator and Founder of KK. He is a creative person, who works with F&B department since long. He worked with Radission Blu, Mahindra Holidays, Sterling Holidays, Oakwood Asia and few more hotels. Interested to taste food from different delicacy.And also write reviews like Food Product reviews, Restaurant Reviews. Recently he has grown a keen interest towards Food Photography. He is also work as a Drink Recipe developer.

Soumya Subhra Bhattacharya

"Food can make your ruin your day" says FOOD ADDICT SOUMYA SUBHRA BHATTACHARYA. An appetite and appreciation for only the tastier things in life (food of course!) urged him to Co-founder Khichdi Kitchen, a hotelier by profession and the official "Food Taster by choice, he is your able guide through the Journey of delighting your taste buds.

Chef Tanmoy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the culinary world. He is well versed in exotic food preparation but equally comfortable with simple, straight forward cooking with passion and respect for quality, wholesome ingredients. Love to do the experiment about food
